Spotlighting Terrence De Jongh, Head Coach – Women’s Tennis @ ULM

Terrence De Jongh is entering his seventh season leading ULM women’s tennis. In 2011-12 he helped lead the Warhawks to a 76-28 singles record including 19-4 record in Sun Belt play. ULM was 38-12 in doubles including 6-3 in Sun Belt play.
The former Louisiana Coach of the year has restored the tradition proud women’s tennis program at ULM in five short years. ULM has boasted a perfect 1,000 APR score each of the past four seasons and received the most recent ULM team GPA Award. Warhawks have dominated the All Sun Belt Conference Teams in historic fashion.

A 1995 high school graduate of Schlolen Gemeenschap on the carribean island of Bonaire, De Jongh continued his formal education by receiving an electrical engineering degree from Ir Ceasar Tarzano Junior College, located in Aruba, in 1999. De Jongh played professionally on the international Tennis Ferderation circuit while representing his home country, Aruba.
De Jongh,a strong competitor himself continues to make great strides in women’s tennis at ULM.
