Creel Properties is a locally owned business with roots deeply planted in Monroe. We have a variety of property throughout the Monroe and West Monroe area that is managed by a professional staff known for their personal customer service.  From the picturesque views of our beautiful University overlooking the bayou, to the many southern charms of Louisiana, our city has much to offer.  This is our home and we take a personal interest in our property and our community.  

For many of our residents this is their first home away from home.  We would love to help with making this transition as simple as possible.  We take a personal interest in our residents and enjoy creating activities on our property that make living here fun and exciting.  Our office is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
